The Theory of Revenge

Revenge, like a vengeful flame, can captivate our minds, driving us to seek retribution with a fervor unmatched. Yet, little do we realize how effortlessly it devours our valuable time, transforming it into an unsalvageable void. In the pursuit of vengeance, we become engrossed in a never-ending cycle of plotting, scheming, and executing our plans. This obsession with righting perceived wrongs clouds our judgment, obscuring the beauty of personal growth and the opportunity for forgiveness. We sacrifice precious moments that could be spent fostering love, nurturing connections, and cherishing our experiences all for the sake of revenge, only to discover that it was an ill-advised expedition into a barren wasteland of wasted moments that can never be reclaimed. Revenge is part of a loser mentality. Once you seek revenge you lose yourself.
